Corporate Universities:
Paradyne works with your organization to build an in-house University system from the ground up. We can also help you refine and enhance your existing programs. We can:
- Create the learning architecture beginning with building executive alignment to identify ways in which performance improvement can lead to the attainment of specific organizational and budgetary goals.
- Provide the initial design and development of learning infrastructure, implementation of learning architecture, creation of delivery mechanisms, creation of top priority courses, delivery of courses and buy-in within the organization, company-wide marketing and branding of programs. We can also analyze the suitability of courses for ELearning, Workshop or On-the-Job Training delivery.
- We provide the ongoing development and measurement of successful programs and coursework. Courses are re-worked and re-designed based upon buy-in and success. Successful programs are standardized and new courses are introduced.
- We help identify those courses best suited for inclusion in the University program. The goal of this is to design a program whereby in-house personnel deliver the majority of the coursework and programs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
