The Paradyne Corporate University Program is directed by Dorriah Rogers, Ph.D., and Donna Jackson Ed.S., content and curriculum specialists who lead a team of very seasoned professionals with experience in a variety of industries. This service was established to help organizations develop newly defined curriculum, deliver ongoing training programs, audit, analyze and refine current programs, recommend solutions to training needs, as well as provide ongoing audit and advisory services. Design and Develop Training Courses: Paradyne works on a customized one-on-one basis to assist organizations with the content design and delivery methodology of technical, operational business management and leadership training. We have experience across a wide array of industries and can partner with you to develop very efficient and effective program content to meet your high training standards and budget constraints.

In 1993 only 400 companies had developed corporate universities. By 2001 this number jumped to 2,000. It is anticipated that by 2010 this number will grow to exceed 3,700. Corporate universities are set up for a variety of reasons, but most organizations have the same basic goals in mind.

Provide the initial design and development of learning infrastructure, implementation of learning architecture, creation of delivery mechanisms, creation of top priority courses, delivery of courses and buy-in within the organization, in addition to company-wide marketing and branding of programs. We can also analyze the suitability of courses for ELearning, Workshop or On-the-Job Training delivery.

Facilitate your ongoing development and measurement of successful programs and coursework. Courses are re-worked and re-designed based upon buy-in and success. Successful programs are standardized and new courses are introduced. Quantifiable metrics are built-in to measure return on investment.
